We had cleared our gutters over the weekend but without a roof ladder were unable to get up behind the chimney stack to remove a lot of vegetation growing as a result of gulls nesting there over the years! I just happened to see Ted Lee's van outside the house as he and his team were heading to a nearby job. A short while later I passed them on my way to town. Explaining the problem to Ted he walked up to the house with me to have a look, said they could do it as soon as they had finished the job they were on, and we agreed a very fair price. By the time I was back they were already on the roof removing 2 sackfuls of plant matter!! Ted also took some photos for me of a couple of structural issues that will need to be dealt with and gave me a price for that work should I wish to engage his services - with absolutely no sales pressure. Ted and his colleagues were all very friendly, courteous, efficient and helpful. Many thanks and I don't hesitate in recommending them.
