I wasn't sure what the guarantee covered (I now know 10 years frames, 5 years glass, 1 year handles/mechanics) but thought they'd be able to get me the right part. Tom turned up, had a look, identified the broken part and returned two hours later with the part. For free! Above and beyond!"

The bespoke window has added a great front feature to the extension. All workmanship was top class and handled in a timely and very friendly manner by the team. I would highly recommend TP improvements for bespoke window and door fittings."

Truly excellent after sales service. Three years after our Windows were replaced (which went well at the time), one of the security lugs on the side of a window broke.
