Our electric shower broke, and Tom was able to respond and fit us in quickly. I am very happy with the work completed. Not only is he very knowledgeable and happy to explain what/why he is doing, he is a perfectionist and did a really great job. Despite working around broken tiles and awkward shapes left by previous installations, he left a flawless finish that looks better than it did before!
