Looked into a boiler & electrical fault, which they partially fixed and advised a new boiler required. Happy with the outcome and the work they did.

Replaced taps on the sink, wasnt a straightforward job but dealt with it really well, found alternative parts, once finished wouldnt have known any work had been done on it. Really polite, considerate and respectful (my husband had recently died), they were really nice to have in the house.

Had a burts pipe under their floorboards, called The Amber group and they came within an hour, really nice and friendly, fixed the problem within an hour also.

After speaking to a few people who had used The Amber Group before I looked them up on review sites such as this and noticed how highly people speak of them so decided to use them for reworking my home. Mark and the team couldn't have been better, from the quote to completing the work - everything was perfect. I was kept up to date on everything and the finished job was fantastic, professional and generally nice people. Thank you Mark and team!!

Thank you Luke and the team, Called The Amber Group today as we had a leak in my elderly mother in laws home. Called them at 3pm and they send someone by 4pm. He sorted the leak out, cleaned up and left everywhere clean and tidy, Great service, quick response. Polite and respectful. Highly recommended company. The only go to company to use.

We recently had the Flat renovated. A lot of which were done by the Amber group. They have done an incredible job with everything, and have great attention to detail! Could not be happier with their service. Today we had Jason and Tom come round for Painting, Electrical, and heating work/queries. Jason has great attention to detail. He made the flat look like new again as we had gained some scuffs and scratches in the walls since moving in. Tom managed to sort the Electrical installations we wanted and snagging issues we were having, and taught me how to properly use the boiler and underfloor heating which we were having issues with. Both very friendly lads. Would recommend The Amber Group.

Job cancelled, promised to reschedule. Have not got back to me and refuses to take or return calls. It has caused me a lot of trouble.

I had 2 hair styling appliances PAT tested with The Amber Group, and I couldn't recommend them more. So efficient and amazing customer service. I really appreciated the quick turnaround and the wealth of knowledge from the team itself.
