The extension and patio turned out even better than we hoped, with great attention to detail throughout. You can tell they have a great pride in the quality of their work. They kept the place tidy everyday and were sure to check with us that we were happy. They are friendly, professional, reliable and highly recommended. "While I was showing Sam the problem areas during his first visit on Friday, I could tell that he fully understood the issue. He explained there-and-then what rectification work he would do. He sent me his quote that night, despite being away with his family for the weekend, and kept communicating with me throughout. He came on the Tuesday morning to do the work, at which point I showed him even more cracks I'd found - we agreed a price there-and-then, and he fixed them the same day. He was polite and engaging at all times, did the work well, and left everything clean and tidy. Will hire again."
