The long period of time was exacerbated by local water authority, and was totally beyond Dan's control. He is an excellent project manager, his builders were polite, hardworking and on time. All concerns were promptly addressed, and within the agreed price. We would recommend this team wholeheartedly.

Shaptor Capital have used Dan and Rob at Faber Developing for many years on our Luxury Residential and Luxury Care projects. Their product experience, range of subcontractors, attention to detail and craftmanship is second to none. Shaptor Capital have no hesitation in recommending Faber Developing.
