Wow, fantastic finish and all round good experience... Firstly, the surveyor was very friendly and informative with some useful suggestions that other companies overlooked. The management were very good albeit under extremely difficult circumstances. Yes, I had to be a little flexible and patient, but we're in a pandemic! I was kept informed and kept at ease. The scaffolders were very good and nice chaps. They clearly were experienced for exactly what the fascia fitters needed and were very careful. When the fascia fitters arrived, they went through everything that was a 'question of preference' to ensure I was happy with everything. Then they got straight to it and worked very hard and efficiently. Really, cannot praise them enough. They were truly exceptional. The best tradesmen we've ever had by a country mile. Our house has been transformed. We've already had a lot of people asking for their details. Special thanks to Tony and his wonderful team of guys.

Their team are very good, they work well together and go out of their way to ensure we are kept informed all the way along.

This company was a breath of fresh air. Great communication, versatile on fitting dates, smart polite and very skilled workers. They exceeded my expectations. If only more trades were like this the reputation of the industry would be very high. The level of care taken with difficult areas was excellent. I would definitely recommend them. They didn’t rush the job to move on quickly as had a recent supplier of the windows . Explained what they were doing when asked and also worked during the a recent heatwave. The overall cost was also 20% below a similar competitor.

Very pleased with the finished product. Despite difficult trading conditions, driven largely by Covid-19, Tony and his team demonstrated great resilience and flexibility to help organise the required scaffolding and to undertake and complete the work in line with original expectations. Would thoroughly recommend.

We were incredibly fortunate to have Brian, Darren, Kieran & many other members of the Fascia Division team work on our large project. I can categorically state that they were without doubt the best craftsmen we have EVER had in over 35 years of having help with previous houses & many & varied projects. They remained cheerful & pleasant throughout despite encountering difficulties with the work. They would not shortcut despite my suggestion that they do so (because I felt very conscious of the difficulty they were experiencing). They took great pride in ensuring everything was level & well finished. They took time to explain & demonstrate when on site that the special order materials I had been encouraged by another informant to choose were actually markedly inferior to those that they habitually use. In short, in the words of the advert, if Carlsberg did fascia, soffit & gutter fitters they would all be like the Fascia Division. They were truly fantastic

We had hesitated over arranging this work but felt confident after the survey and quote. We are delighted with the result. The quality of the installation seems excellent and a reflection of the skill and professionalism of the installers. Every aspect of the work from erection of scaffolding to removal of waste was executed well by friendly crews.

The two days of installation were very hot. The two guys were very friendly, very professional and worked very hard and completed an excellent job, leaving no mess behind.
