John came highly recommended to us. After the initial meeting, we felt confident in John's approach to our project. John kept us informed every step of the way, with regular calls & contact to let us know what was happening. We had to make some changes to the original plans part way through the build and John was really helpful with this. He was always happy to explain every part of the process to us and to show us certain stages of work taht he had completed. It's quite clear John takes pride in his work and he had some great ideas along the way where things came up that we hadn't thought about. If we had another loft that needed converting, then John would be our first call!

Fantastic tradesmen and a pleasure to have managing the full house refurbishment. He had a huge knowledge of the building trade and showed his skills though out the build with his quality of work and how he over came problems when they were highlighted. I can't thank the Hadley Loft Company enough, they were extremely easy to deal with from start to finish. They were very quick and efficient to resolve the issues we had with altering our internal layout to maximise the use of the space in our loft. We were kept well informed throughout the whole project. The team were all very friendly and respected our property, they were clean and tidy too. We did get a cheaper quote for our loft but I'm really glad we decided to go with the Hadley Loft Company because we are so impressed with the quality of their work and the high quality finish we have ended up with. We would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about converting their loft, we just felt from the initial meeting that they were honest and genuine people that took pride in their work.

Reliable and pleasant offering good quality work

Extremely professional and took care to make sure the work was completed to a high quality. Consulted me on decisions that needed making and left the site as clean as it was upon arrival. They even carried out a few smaller jobs that were not originally quoted for which is not something you come across often. Will definitely be using their services again in the future.

From start to finish we were delighted with John's work and that of his trades in converting our loft. His quote was clearly set out and priced competitively and when we came up against unforeseen issues when building control visited, John was quick to work things through. When we asked for extra work John was clear about the costs. Paying him in instalments through the life of the build was helpful, too. John's communication was quick and we always felt in control of what was happening, or about to happen. We couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Fully recommend Hadley Loft Company. We have just had a loft conversion completed by them (Nov/Dec '23 build) and they have been excellent throughout. John was (and continues to be) always contactable through WhatsApp for any queries or questions throughout planning and build stage. He came back promptly everytime, usually replying within 20mins. Very professional service throughout with a clear payment schedule and invoices. Very easy process to follow and understand. John put forward suggestions within the build of options we could choose. Clearly highlighting them as not required but as an improvement if we wanted. Really nice ideas that have greatly added to the conversion, such as top-hinge velux / larger windows. Build completed as discussed / ontime. Looks amazing, we're over the moon with it. Main point, John and Brad are fantastic people who became part-time members of the family over the 8 weeks they were here! Fully recommend them, they were excellent.
