"I've just spent a very jolly hour with Steve, otherwise known as The Lock Butler...what a lovely bloke! He came at an hour's notice in the pouring rain to try and sort out the jammed lock on the front door of my son's house. On first inspection he thought it was irreparable but somehow, with the most amazing array of tools he gained entry and managed to fix it without any damage. A huge relief to my son (who is away on holiday) and at a very very reasonable cost. I just wish there were more tradesmen around like Steve...I'd recommend him to anyone!"
