Great experience from start to finish. I was given a fixed price for the job, no messing around - completely transparent. Communication was great, very friendly and polite, arrived when he said he would and finished the job in good time. I literally know nothing about this kind of work so didn't realise I needed another part, this wasn't a problem, he went above and beyond and made sure everything was complete and safe. I would 100% recommend and I personally will not call anyone else if I need anything doing again.

Told me good & bad points about the new appliance bought & process of what he’d be doing before removing the old hob to check ok to proceed. Was happy to hold a conversation while doing the work. Did full safety check after install explaining why & how equipment would detect a leak. Paid by bank transfer with an instant invoice received via txt. Offered to dispose of old hob too. A top, hassle free service. 100% recommend.

Excellent work, communication and cost

The person that up was very friendly, he put us at ease straight away. He was very helpful in showing us what was wrong with our boiler and what we needed to do in the future. He quickly repaired our boiler and got it running as it should. He was very clean, very professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to nobody who requires boiler service or repairs.
