Super impressed with the friendly and super helpful service I received today. This company was at my neighbours house fixing a lock, and we asked on the off chance they would be able to fix my front door lock as we had recently been broken into. They came over straight away and did a very efficient job on my door which is now fully secure again. They were such nice guys too. I would highly recommend them. There are some window/door companies that take advantage of certain situations (break in, being locked out), believe me, I found out the hard way, but these guys were great.

Mark and his team are nice enough. Came gave a me a quote and then completed the repair on time. The issue is that the double glazed unit is faulty. The glass is dirty on the inside of one of the panes of the double glazed unit. It's particularly noticeable when the sun shines on it. No amount of cleaning will fix the issue. I have contacted Mark on many occasions by phone and by Whatsapp but he has not returned my call and now doesn't answer.

Mark was great. He did a detailed survey of the work needed, even advising me that some of the repairs I thought I needed were actually unnecessary - he showed me why. This was in stark contrast to other tradesmen who instead tried to upsell me. I wanted to install triple glazing to a window that requires a Georgian cross due to conservation area. Mark initially thought it was impossible, but innovated in his workshop to find a solution - I am very grateful for this! The work was done efficiently and to a high standard, he and his assistant were friendly and polite.
