Gordon's team did a thorough job soundproofing our bedroom wall so we couldn't hear the neighbours through it anymore. Great communication from start to finish - I'd definitely recommend them.

Very courteous. Detail of work to be carried out explained fully. Workmen who undertook work were polite, punctual and always tidied up after themselves. The finish to the ceiling was excellent. Our one big criticism would be that it has made very little difference. This could be because they used thermal loft insulation in the ceiling voids instead of 100mm Rockwool soundproofing as stipulated in the quote. I regret not querying this at the time as it was an expensive project.

From start to finish you couldn’t have asked for better service. The team listened to what I required and explained in detail what could be done. On the day the work started they arrived promptly and reviewed with me what was going to happen. The workmanship is impeccable and they have done what they said, can’t hear a thing from the neighbours now. Left the room and Woking areas super clean. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Highly recommend!

Very friendly team from ordering to execution. One room worked effectively and the second room still had some flanking noise coming through. The team kindly offered to investigate further free of charge and make improvements to minimise it. I have now asked them to quote for another party wall downstairs. I’d recommend them as they know their trade and take pride in their work.

Thermaccustics built a sound insulating wall in my bedroom to stop noise from a neighbouring house. Every aspect of their work was exemplary, from explaining what they could do, to actual construction work. The work was completed in 2 days rather than 3, and they put up a dust screen so I could continue sleeping in the room at night. The house was kept clean, and my room had a thorough clean at the end of the work. The finished plastering job was also immaculate. Rebecca checked the work regularly. It was an amazingly efficient and well run job. Thanks to Rebecca and team I now sleep soundly with no fear of noise from the house next door. Brilliant work and well worth the money.
