"Ray and his team had to manually remove spray foam and rotten sarking felt, batons and other wood. New tiles where needed, new membrane, wood where required and all new batons. Everything cleaned up and loft vacuumed throughout. Gardens tidied, facias, soffits and windows cleaned. Titan Highly recommended. Many Thanks"

"The final price for the work was about double the first estimate given after their reprentative had inspected the site. The dry-ice method had to be switched to a manual removal process. After some negotiation, I accepted the work could proceed. Payment had to be by bank transfer - no credit cards. They also asked for money up front which I declined. Despite the quote saying the place would be left pristine, there were foam pieces left behind, but the company was responsive and did resolve matters to my satisfaction in the end."
