Nothing was to much trouble for Tom who was on time, polite, tidy and did a good all round job

Tom at TJM Plumbing and Heating was nothing but professional from start to finish. He worked around my busy schedule and was considerate of the other people living in my shared house, making extra effort to keep the noise down when transporting tools and equipment. I feel that Tom went above and beyond his required duties and I will definitely be using him again.

Great attention to detail and a very reliable worker

A new boiler fitter, one year on everything is running perfectly. Tom offers annual boiler services and reminds you in good time to book one in to maintain the new boiler warranty. Super helpful, polite and hard working, why can’t all tradesman be like Tom?

Tom is a fantastic plumber and project managed the whole job from start to finish, he has high standards and the finish is perfect. This is the third bathroom renovation that Tom has completed for me and I would highly recommend him.

Brought a reno project, all was going well, 2 days before we move in, 30 year old boiler, which we had checked prior to purchase, wouldn't fire up. Had used TJMs services in our previous house for a boiler service so called him. He tried to get the old boiler firing again, but unfortunately after many attempts, it wouldn't stay lit. TJM recommened a new system boiler setup given our future plans for the property. He went above and beyond to get us heating and hot water back up and running promptly. Professional, knowledgable, friendly, and also replies to messages in a timely fashion.
