"Having had a sudden emergency to obtain EPCs for 11 properties I was struggling to find someone to help, luckily I came up on Emma who got the call on Friday and fitted them all on the Sunday, I never thought this possible the feedback from my tenants was fantastic, she was polite, courteous and professional. I don’t know. I was told by the tenants she was extremely nice to deal with which I can confirm with my own experience. She also gave me valuable advice which I have acted on, I can highly recommend Emma who I’m sure will give you a service she gave me."
