TMG Plumbing and Heating

Tommy contacted me by text on July 8th and quoted me £190 to remove and cap six radiators with work to be carried out from 9 am, July 24th. I thought that very reasonable and agreed. There were a few other texts in the run-up to the day. By 10 am Tommy was a no-show and had not contacted me. I texted him, asking if he was still coming. He said he would need to cancel. Completely unprofessional and a thorough waste of my time. His inaction has left me in a bind. I would avoid at all costs.

Our old electric shower was simply not powerful enough, but we weren’t ready for a full bathroom refit. Tommy replaced the existing bath tap with a shower mixer which is a great cost-efficient improvement. Tommy was clear, helpful and polite.

Tommy refitted my tired old bathroom. I now have a smart functional shower room, which I am really pleased with. Communication was good and plentiful. We agreed a date and Tommy arrived as promised. I was not on site, but he updated me regularly with messages and photos, which was really helpful. He left the site clean and tidy and took away all the debris. A good lesson learned from this was that jobs can take longer... Tommy said the work would take 5, but in the end it was 7. Not a huge drama though.
