Highly recommended! Our parents' house needed replacement soffits and fascias, as the former ones were original wood and beginning to rot. Then we found there were some other underlying problems with the valleys, membranes, and flashings. Tom O’Brien gave us a quote and his team set to work replacing the roof (but reusing all the tiles, as these were mostly OK), and redoing the flashings, surround to the skylight, and edgings to the roof. Quality work doesn’t come cheap, but you get what you pay for. I myself went up onto the roof a few times to see up close how the work was progressing, and I concede the finish is to a high standard. We paid in installments, final payment a week after completion, and the work has a 15 year guarantee. Tom always polite and his workers respectful. Much appreciated. Roof now good for the winter and many years to come.
