Tom turned up to price the job came back with his team the week after done exactly what he said he was going to do installed new fascias soffits gutters and downpipes and painted my exterior of my house done the job hassle-free stuck to the price he quoted and cleaned up when he finished

This was the first time we had used Tom's Property Maintenance and was really interested impressed. Would use again and would definitely recommend. I called Tom about removing an old garden fence and erecting a new one. Tom came around the same day and was helpful and informative about what he could do. The quote was similar to others we had and Tom was able to arrange for the job to be done the following week, so quicker than we expected. The job was done thoroughly and to a high standard, with Tom checking that we were happy with the work as it progressed. The job was completed to a high standard and all rubbish and materials removed promptly. Vey impressed with the work carried out and the level of service we received.
