After another company let me down we contacted Top Rank and were so impressed, they were so prompt polite and reliable. This is my first time using them but I would not hesitate to use them again. I will continue to recommend them to friends and family as they are extremely professional with great customer service.

I called Joe and he got straight on the roof, he identified what it was and remedy it. Joe came back twice to make sure all was ok and worked on my partner's and family roofs as well over the years. Joe Would not ever leave you high and dry, he is so determined and reliable. I would now not use anyone else as they are friendly and professional. They are very honest and will always contact you and goes above and beyond.

Great firm to deal with . Carried out emergency work immediately, came to do repair work when they said they would.Carried out repairs to estimate - all work supported by photos . Cleaned up well ,easy to have around great communication . We had a minor leak a few months later ,no problem with getting them back to check it under guarantee- turned out it was an unrelated problem which was immediately fixed . Total professionals

Top Rank did an excellent job on our gutters, fencing and a gatepost. They have worked for us before when they took a chimney stack below the roofline and repaired a wall for us. They are reliable, efficient, have excellent attention to detail, price fairly and tidy up well too. Highly recommended.

I have used Top Rank Roofing a couple of times, and each time I have been impressed with their service. Joe and the team are friendly, responsive, competitively priced, efficient, and work to a good standard. They fixed mine and my neighbours' chimney stack, which was about to fall down, sending us videos and photos of the problem and their progress. They also fixed my lead flashing with a valley tray, which had caused a leak in the roof. Highly recommended.

Had our main roof and flat roof replaced. Brilliant job done on both. All the people I dealt with at the company - but particularly the roofers - were all fantastic: professional, courteous, respectful and very hard working (even when the weather was terrible, they still turned up and did the jobs they were able to). The roofers left the site clean and tidy at the end of the job. The quote for work I got was very competitive. Joe who managed the contract kept me fully up to speed with progress reports, including photos and videos at various stages. Would highly recommend this team.
