As a Health & Safety Officer, I am very particular about the tradespeople I engage to do any work on or ins my property. I found the team professional and trustworthy throughout the work done on my guttering and fascia's. And have no problem in recommending them.

I found the service from Total Roofing excellent. From my first contact ith Mark he was very helpful in dealing with my roofing problem. He turned up at the time he said he would to examine the work and quoted for the job when he completed his survey. The price was acceptable and he gave me a day and time when he would return to complete the work. Again he turned up in time and completed the work as agreed. He tidied up the work area and left no mess. To summarise I found them - professional, punctual, skillful and tidy. I would recommend Total Roofing to anyone who requires roofing work carried out.

We needed some repair work on loose tyles over two bay windows. Mark examined the condition, assessed the work required and gave a quote. We accepted this and he came as promised to do the work. He was very friendly and explained exactly what was involved before he started work. Mark worked very methodically and kept us informed of progress. On completion, he cleared up the workspace, gave us the invoice and instructions on how to pay. Everything from start to finish was just perfect. No fuss - just professional excellence.

Very friendly and chatty - knew what they were doing

Mark arrived to quote work required. He also checked over the roof at my request, and whilst the overall roof condition is good he suggested having end capping's as the original mortar joints had gaps where water would penetrate under the roof tiles and cause damage to the structure underneath through time. This I agreed to (no pressure from Mark). He organised materials require and came back two day's later as quoted and completed all tasks to my satisfaction. Will certainly recommend Total Roofing to friend's, and remember his contact details for future work. Thank you Mark.

I can't recommend Mark and his team highly enough. They were professional, courteous, helpful, fast and reasonably priced. They replaced our 100+ year old guttering and it looks wonderful and works perfectly. We also had them come back when we had a leak in our leading - replaced and fixed in record time. I would always hire Total Roofing for any future roof work that I need to have done (hopefully no more at this house now Mark got us watertight and shipshape!!)
