"I used True Care Trades for the first time, looking for a plumber to replace a radiator after replastering work, and fix an outside pipe. I was impressed with the response time to my initial request. Communication was excellent all the way. This was refreshing after being let down by other plumbers. The work was done within 2 days, and Neil was on time, courteous and did a good job. I discovered a problem that arose later in the day , and Dimitrijs was quickly responsive, made contact with the necessary trades, and then came over personally to fix the problem. Will definitely use again."

Great job, would recommend.
I used True Care Trades for the first time, looking for a plumber to replace a radiator after replastering work, and fix an outside pipe. I was impressed with the response time to my initial request. Communication was excellent all the way. This was refreshing after being let down by other plumbers. The work was done within 2 days, and Neil was on time, courteous and did a good job. I discovered a problem that arose later in the day , and Dimitrijs was quickly responsive, made contact with the necessary trades, and then came over personally to fix the problem. Will definitely use again.
