Arrived on time and looked very smart indeed for presentation of the company, introduced himself, he asked me for an explanation of what work had to be carried out to compare with his notes, took about 1½ hrs to complete the work, well pleased with the result and estimate. "UPDATE on15.7.24. review. We were impressed with Ewan who worked hard & was helpful & pleasant. We were told that everything would dry within a few hours or overnight. They took considerably longer - the sofa a week, but we were not surprised and ok as we had other seats. BUT it dried in a very patchy manner, which hadn't happened when it has been cleaned before. We have been unable to return it to even colour, despite both dry & wet brushing, & asking Josh's advice. We aren't happy (hence the quality score). Josh offered us 10% discount for life but wouldn't return -we won't be using this."
