TSZ Construction is a small, experienced construction company specialising in residential and commercial refurbishments, as well as general building and maintenance works. This includes all internal finishing so: kitchen and bathroom installation, plumbing, electrical works, all types of plastering (incl. lime plastering and fireplace work), painting & decoration, joinery, flooring, and tiling. We have been operating since early noughties and successfully completed projects for private clients, business owners, agencies and landlords, as well as hotels across South and Central Scotland. We pride ourselves on reliability, clear communication, and high-quality workmanship.

"I am very happy with my bathroom renovation, which involved replacing a shower with a bath, sorting out a damp issue in the shower, and complete re-tiling and re-plastering of the bathroom. Peter and Chris did great work, and made sure to communicate about what they were doing every step of the way. They consulted me on all important decisions, while providing expert advice to make sure everything was done to the best standard. They paid attention to detail to make sure the work is future-proof, providing long-lasting solutions rather than quick fixes (for example regarding the damp issue in the shower). They were always calm, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them for bathroom renovations."
