Richard came to view the proposed work, provided really useful advice that helped with my decision-making and made me confident in his experience with treating older houses re the damp issues they can experience. During the work itself, he was always punctual, extremely tidy, showed me each step of the process, talked me through what he was doing and why. Before he left, he answered all my questions on what might happen next, how long to wait before re-instating decoration and the do's and don'ts I need to follow when I do. Also said I could whatsapp photos over to him if I ever had any queries or concerns. He finished on schedule and washed my floor on his way out. Professional to a T and a lovely man to boot. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I'm really happy with my new bathroom. Richard was a pleasure to work with. He is reliable, communicates well and has lots of good design ideas, but always consulted me before making choices. His prices are competitive with no compromise on the quality of the work. I will definitely ask him do carry out more projects here in future.

The shower drain was blocked and water flowed under the door on to the upstairs landing, through the ceiling to the kitchen below. Richard sorted this blocked shower pipe very quickly and efficiently. He also replaced 2 basin taps in the bathroom along with replacing a garden tap. Richard sourced and fitted a beautiful new external oak door which suited my home. He ensured the new locks fitted correctly and that the door was weather tight. He discussed all options for harware etc. to ensure he sourced items I would like. He is approachable and knowledgeable. Happy to discuss his choices and really good at explaining the nuances.
