We looked at the reviews prior to hiring Renaldo and did wonder about all the 10 stars given, but now I totally understand why. If we could give Renaldo 20 stars we would. His attention to detail was second to none. A quote was agreed upon prior to fulfilment, but once finished no way could we send him away with that and gave him more to show our appreciation since he also stayed longer than the agreed time to complete the job to perfection. That's our cleaning needs sorted out for the future."
