Started off very nice hand friendly and then got extremely pushy for me to accept the quote today. Made a phone call and amazingly knocked £500 off the quote. I still felt this was very high and did not accept and to my amazement there sales rep came out with all kind of remark aimed to make me feel uncomfortable. Theses tactically may work on the weak and vulnerable but not me. All the fuss about customer service when he first arrived is unbelievable

Verdi Home Improvements called us to talk through our requirements (as we weren’t too sure in our advert) and advised us on the best product which is not something that they do. Really helpful advice and very honest - would definitely recommend

The quality of the doors and windows is good. However the wrong window was fitted and one of the air vents was broken when installed. Workmanship was OK, had to get them to fix a number of bits after initial installation.

Had 2 doors and a window fitted...job completed perfectly, in the agreed time. The quality of the doors & window is great as well! Perfect communication throughout - recommend!
