As the house settled into its new foundations, we experienced some minor movement, which led to a small issue with water ingress during heavy rain. "Courteous, knowledgeable, polite and decent chap came to look at my window. He let me know that there was a minor fault with it and explained how to overcome it. Then he advised me to do some remedial cleaning and clearing up and then keep an eye on the window because he thought it was ok. He could quite easily have charged me for a repair I probably don't need or a replacement window. His honestly, professionalism and courtesy were a breath of fresh air. And nothing was a trouble. Couldn't recommend enought."

"We had a typical 1980’s rear extension with a flat roof and a huge pitched glass roof light which was draughty in the winter and leaked heat. We had various very expensive estimates to replace the rooflight with multi-paned units. After searching the internet we found a manufacturer Korniche who specialise in modern low profile systems and they put us in touch with Vetro. Matt Tokarczyk and his team have been a delight to deal with. Work carried out per estimate. Communication was excellent as was co-ordination with roofing contractors. I do not hesitate to recommend Vetro."
