I messaged Wall Doctor via the website and was contacted promptly by them and we arranged an initial visit at which the process and price was very clear and reasonable. Paperwork followed by email very swiftly and I was kept up to date regarding starting the work. Andy and team who carried out the work were very prompt, clean in their work and I was kept up to date with regular checks etc (through a particularly wet few weeks). I am very happy with the work and I was very impressed with the whole process so I highly recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! Communication was excellent emails were answered promptly and calls were always picked up. The work was neat, tidy, and carried out with great care, and the team were professional and friendly throughout. The house looks stunning and is perfectly ready for Christmas. From the proposal process and speedy response with Val, we were then handed over to James, Ben, Branden and Deighton who carried out exceptional work to our property.
