You will get reliability, quality and great communication throughout the job, from the initial survey right through to the end. I had replacement wall-tie work done on my 1930s semi, and the guys went above and beyond during a February month of extremely challenging weather. Despite this, the work was done to an excellent standard, everything was professional and thorough, all debris was tidied away after and I'm very pleased with the result. A big job was made as comfortable as possible."
