Waste Away Essex & London Ltd

This is the third time I have used Waste Away Essex Ltd for removals. Tom and his team, especially Shane have been brilliant each time we have engaged their services. Tom always quick to respond when you phone and gets back promptly with a quote - never have to chase him for days to get a quote. He is professional, friendly and his rates for removals are very good! Shane is wonderful and so fast when removing items. No job too much for him! He is very helpful, professional, courteous and friendly. As I mentioned in an earlier review, would never hesitate to call Tom for any removals we might have and highly recommend calling him at Waste Away if you need any removals - he will send Shane to brilliantly and efficiently get the job done! Tom arrived on time, as agreed and did a great job clearing two large piles of bricks and a pile of wood. They swept up afterwards too, to clear any debris. Very pleased and would use this company again.

Brilliant removal service provided. Initially spoke to Tom, the owner, who was very nice from the moment he answered the phone and professional. He asked me to send photos of what needed to be done. I sent photos and he got back to me quickly with a quote (which was reasonable), let me know when the job could be done, which was next day, which was perfect. We were impressed with Tom getting back to us quite quickly. Shane was right on time, was at the flat location when we arrived and was very friendly in greeting us. Such a nice guy, professional, knew how to dismantle cabinets in a speedy manner - he knew what he was doing! Sorted out the removals in a timely manner, very careful in removing items. Was very happy with how Shane did the job. Super helpful, did a great job! Will definitely call owner Tom for another removal very soon, might be the brilliant Shane who ends up back doing the job!
