Weathersmart Roofing

Previously used this company to repair a flat roof under the previous company name, I've tried to contact them with no success in regards to their "20 year guarantee" that was on the work done as the roof has failed again 8 months later.

This is a follow on from an earlier review. Weathersmat were called to fix a leak around the chimneys. They did the work but the lead flashing didn't seem to be fixed properly and there is still water leak around the chimneys. I called Weathersmart on several occasions and each time I am told they will come but no show. Up until now, still no show and now they are not responding to my calls.

Due Bad Weather, rainwater leaked into the house, but by good fortunedidn't cause internal damage. We Chose Weathersmart Roofing due good and courteous pre assessment. However, as work progressed additional faults re both slates and timber were found, partly due to the age of the building. We agreed progressively to ensure all faults were repaired, but also bolster areas of woodwork to ensure lasting performance. Mutual provider and receiver inspections took place to mutual satisfaction.
