I was very impressed with this company who converted our 2 up 2 down council house with a beautiful double floor side extension adding an extra living space, utility, wc and bedroom. The roofer and bricklayers were particularly excellent and the total works were brought in to budget and within the time frame. Kelly kept us regularly updated with when materials and machinery would be on and off site. Invoices were timely and everyone working on site was pleasant. I was able to get in touch with the company as and when needed. All in all a potentially stressful build was made into a very pleasant experience.

Kelly did an excellent job with our extension. Particularly impressed with the time spent selecting the best brisk and the attention to detail in the laying which has ensured the extension blends seamlessly into the old house. The work was also completed to our original target date despite a few problems which Kelly always resolved.

Undertook a single rear extension approx 25m2 including all roof structure, knocked through into the existing property. Very helpful always willing to offer ideas and alternstive means to get the desired outcome. Would highly recommend.

Our block work driveway was prepared and laid quickly and efficiently and on budget. A few minor imperfections were resolved rapidly without fuss. Very impressed.

Whitby building solutions carried out some landscaping and built some lovely planters for me. At all times they were polite, kept the areas tidy and cleaned up everyday before they left. We worked together to layout exactly what I wanted. I was really pleased with the quality of work and the bricklayer was very good. Now the flowers are in full bloom they look beautiful. I would defiantly recommend this company to friends and family.

Kelly, his two lads and all sub contractors were very polite, hard working and efficient. Kelly kept me up to date with the schedule and even with work added, by me, they completed the job as planned. Every day the site was cleared and cleaned as best as possible, even down to washing the kitchen floor!
