Very patient, he listened to my worries & explained exactly what was wrong and what work needed doing. I was also shown photographs. I felt validated with my concerns & he didn't make me feel rushed or stupid when I asked questions. The work was carried out in a timely manner and everything left tidy. Scaffolding came down the next day which was great. Price was good & I feel he went the extra mile to make sure I was happy."
