Used this business to repair a new roof that was originally done by a rogue roofer. This worker has been done swiftly and professionally. Would recommend this company to anyone who has issues with their roof.

From quote to completion was a very good time. Explained and shown what was required. Upon excepting quote, immediately a temporary repair was carried out and kept updated as to when main work could start. Once work was started workers were friendly and efficient and cleared up each day. Upon completion they cleared up completely.

3rd time using Williams and Henry. Every time the work and workers are 1st class. Everything done to the highest standard, workers do work. No complaints at all from me.

A thorough job on replacing tile mortar on gable ends, roof gullies and ridge tiles. The guys were polite & friendly and worked very hard during the summer heat. They also replaced cracked tiles and keep me updated on their progress throughout. Would definitely use Williams & Henry again and recommend them to others

Bill and his team have been fantastic from start to finish in helping us repair the ridge tiles on our three-storey terraced home, after they unexpectedly collapsed due to an original construction defect. The defect also affected neighbouring properties, and Bill was incredibly helpful in coordinating multiple repairs at the same time. Bill used a drone to carry out the inspection, provided a prompt and clear quote, arranged scaffolding, and ensured the replacement ridges were securely and safely fixed, correcting the underlying issue. All work was completed on schedule, and communication throughout was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend Williams & Henry for their professionalism and support in resolving our properties defect.
