From quote to completion was a very good time. Explained and shown what was required. Upon excepting quote, immediately a temporary repair was carried out and kept updated as to when main work could start. Once work was started workers were friendly and efficient and cleared up each day. Upon completion they cleared up completely.

The job was not big - replacing 3 hip ridge tiles that had blown from my roof. But this was in the wake of Storm Eunice, when everybody was looking for roofers to carry out emergency repairs. The company quickly assessed the job and came up with a firm quote which was lower than I expected. Their team arrived the very next morning and carried out the job in a most professional manner. It was only about 25 hours from my posting the job to their arriving to carry out the repair, which is the sort of responsiveness you hope for. William & Henry struck me as a dynamic company of professionals who justifiably take great pride in every aspect of their work, and stand a cut above the rest. They were exemplary from start to finish. I am really glad I chose them, and I unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone.
