+ Initial contact positive. + Delayed start due to family circumstance, but fully communicated with plans. + Paving looks good overall. - The 'estimate' did not include the measurements taken, (not spotted when work agreed) this lead to a considerable increase in cost mid-work, despite no significant changes from perceived original plan or measurements. Ensure they re-measure and formally quote before work commences. +/_ Inevitable mess created, but made good within a week. - 1st slab failed within the 1st week, 2nd within the month, repeated promises to repair broken.

We had a new patio laid, sleeper borders and a new lawn turfed. We have ended up with the garden that is mostly what we wanted but we do have issues. Damage was made to our existing raised bed, brickwork and driveway and the lawn is so bumpy that we are having to consider options to improve it. We also had tonnes of dirt and rubble left loose on our driveway for almost 2 weeks, not ideal. Kevin and his workers were pleasant enough to deal with, but it was hard to anticipate their working hours, sometimes 2-3 hours a day. All in all, it was a good price, but we'd go another way next time.

The team did a fantastic job on our patio and drive way kept me well informed would highly recommend and wll be using again
