We found the initial consultation/survey very thorough and professional; Sam seemed genuinely enthusiastic about his product The fitting team were efficient and were good problem solvers on what was a difficult fit in a period property. They managed to stay cheerful through the various challenges and were friendly and considerate. Associated brick and plastering work were carried out to a high standard. There was a wait for the windows in the colour we wanted but we were told about this up front. We are very pleased with both windows and doors and had the advantage of being able to see them in the showroom. Overall we are very pleased with the final job and have had positive comments from our neighbours in this conservation village

Nothing was to much trouble from the initial quotation through to completion. I felt so comfortable with the team at window elegance I left them to it at the house. They left the house very tidy and the work was completed to a high standard. I would recommend them to anyone.

Would highly recommend, I used them as a result of a friend getting good service also. No pressure selling involved, really helpful and accommodating and the fitters were polite, efficient and did a great job.

Can't fault them. Work was excellent and great value for money. Did exactly what i wanted, even though another company had told me it couldn't be done and would look bad. I got what I wanted and it looks fabulous!

Overall very impressed with their service from start to finish. No pushy sales tactics, clean honest business in my opinion. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. 10/10 cheers team.

We were extremely happy with all the work on the new windows , French doors and Bi-Fold Doors in our sunroom they have totally transformed our house, We would recommend Window Elegance to anyone planning new windows etc From beginning to end job well done
