"Jacob did an excellent job. He is someone who takes pride in delivering great workmanship and his customer service approach is excellent. One of Jacob’s team spilt a coffee on our carpet. Jacob insisted on getting this cleaned and sorted and wouldn’t take payment until it had all be fixed and to our satisfaction. He even got the whole stairs and landing carpet cleaned for us included. Jacob is a great tradesman, we would recommend him and use him again."
