We cannot recommend Woodlyn Construction enough. From the start of the project to the end we were fully supported and nothing was too much trouble. They worked with us on design, dealt with building control and trouble shooted as necessary. They are speedy and clean workers and too pride in their work.

Simon is 10/10. I can not recommend him highly enough! His work is outstanding and his attention to detail is commendable. Cutting a very long story short I employed Simon after being totally let down and ripped off by a rogue trader, so not only did he do the work to a very high standard, he firstly had to undo and start again the absolute devastation that had been left by the other landscaper. Simon is exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced in his work and I felt confident and reassured that he was able to fix it. Simon works exceptionally hard when on site, no leaning on shovels and endless tea breaks either! He is a grafter and gets the job done. He is punctual, reliable and delivers exactly what he says he will in good time. His quote was very reasonable. He is a great guy and I would recommend him all day long! He also erected a fence for me and my neighbours and the neighbours commented on his high standard of work too. Blimmin brilliant guy!!

Simon has carried quite a few different projects for myself. He followed the brief and worked extremely hard even when I changed the brief a couple of time. Nothing was too much trouble and I can confirm that I had no issues and I'm very pleased with the work carried out each time.

Simon is very professional and provides regular updates with progress. Takes a lot of pride in his work and is a very capable tradesman.Completed a bathroom extension including all the internal fixtures, fittings and tiling. We would highly recommend Simon and we have contracted him on other projects and the outcome has always been completed on time with a high level workmanship.

We have used Simon on a number of jobs over the last 3/4 years and always been impressed with everything he has done for us. Would always recommend him and would also continue to use him in the future.

I used Woodlyn for a house renovation. This is was a large project, the work began on 23rd October 2023. My property had red ash, so that was removed first of all, I was told 10 days but the entire job was completed and signed off with building control after only 6 days. The next task was converting my two bedroom property to a three bedroom property. The team took it back to brick, rewired, reboarded and plastered in 7 working days! They then went back to brick, rewired, reboarded and plastered downstairs, this was competed in 6 working days. They then fitted the kitchen as can be seen on the image. In the mean time, the team at Woodlyn have decorated the house, reboarded and fitted a bathroom. Final touches now and it’s ready for carpets! Not even 8 weeks in and the house has been completely transformed! The speed, workmanship, reliability, communication and professionalism is second to none. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
