We asked WorkSmart to clean the roof and at mid-day Wednesday they went on the roof. One hour later they reported that we had problems with our roof. Matt laid out the alternatives with great sympathy because we were going to need a new roof so we accepted a WorkSmart quotation for a new roof at about 4pm Wednesday afternoon. Thursday morning they started and with Saturday and Sunday not working the new roof was still completed by Wednesday afternoon. WorkSmart is a tornado that swept in and when it swept out we had a new roof, fantastic, miraculous. All the time the hardworking team were polite and respectful and could not be faulted. The Director Carl had planned and then executed that plan with perfection. Carl was always available to us with Whatsapp photos and videos every hour to give us confidence in the work and the finished roof. We are so glad we invited WorkSmart to fix our roof and would recommend WorkSmart without reservation.

Carl and his team were on time and well presented. The whole team worked very hard to remove the spray foam from our loft, then proceeding to replace the roof. Fortunately our tiles were saved and replaced. Videos were taken of the whole procedure enabling us to see what was achieved. When completed thoroughly cleaned the area and we were happy with the outcome and final result. First class job and Carl and his team were outstanding.

Every member of the team were excellent and friendly and polite. Our neighbours were also pleased with them as they were very considerate regarding the work on site and made sure they did not create any problems with their access etc.

We cannot praise Worksmart enough. They did a first rate job replacing worn felt with a new membrane on our house, and garage roof plus over the dormer windows. Carl and his team worked 110%. The majority of the work was done in three days. Carl kept us inform when the roofers were going to arrive. They worked from early in the morning until light was fading. Everyone was very friendly and we miss them now that the work is completed. We are still looking up with great pride at our roof, beautifully clean and with matching edging tiles. I would certainly recommend this outstanding roofing company that is good value for money and pays attention to every detail.
