William is super helpful, efficient and a good communicator. Really happy with the work he has done for us in quickly unblocking our drains when there was sewage overflowing.
WP Drainage were called to quote on the relining of the pitch fibre drains after tree roots had damaged the pipes causing several blockages. CCTV was use to identify the problem area. A section of the pipe was removed along with root and approximately 15 metres of the pipe was relined. From initial contact to completion William’s communication was first class, keeping up to date with arrival times and photos of the repair process. No additional fees or hidden costs even though there were a few complications along the way. We would not hesitate in recommending William to anyone.
