"Work was carried out in an efficient and timely manner, apart from returning to secure 2 leading edges we were totally satisfied. However in August 2022 we notice 3 long cracks in the decking, whilst totally appreciating this is nothing to do with the work carried out, we asked Mr Wright for a copy of the original invoice £3089.50 paid by bank transfer 6/6/19. Mr Wright flatly refused to help and told us to contact the supplier. As HE paid the supplier, we need a copy of the invoice which he says he cannot provide. Whilst the work was fine his after sales service is non existent and we need help."
