I’m very happy with my new fire, the job was carried out to a high standard, would highly recommend.

The gas engineer was prompt and on time and phoned me half an hour before to tell me he was on is way was polite and professional talked me through what he was doing and what the problem was and asked me if he carry on and fix the problem we agreed a price and he got to work straight away when he finished he showed me what he done explained everything and left everything clean and tidy I would use him again and highly recommend mend the company

Great service of my boiler from xclusive heating & gas services. Alan called me prior to the visit and arranged the visit at a suitable time for myself which was great as I have work commitments. The service was carried out efficiently and I was well informed of the work carried out. Alan found a fault with my boiler and rectified it there and then with no additional cost. Absolutely fantastic service and one of which I have already recommended xclusive heating to friends and family. Would highly recommend for any gas work needed.. Thanks

There was also a problem with the electrics so Alan ensured we had a working boiler overnight and stayed to help the electrician the following day.
