They sent out a plumber same day as my call he was, friendly, very knowledgeable and in full uniform with id etc. Kathryn and Dan in the office were great and did exactly what they said they would do with and were really kind. Harry arrived on the day and worked his socks off overcoming many issues. Their work was excellent, very tidy and neat... boiler works great and we will not go with anyone else from now on. Please use your plumber with absolute confidence, they were fantastic 5*****"

Broderick came out and discussed a plan to change taps and fixtures to chrome and to replace broken shower and screen and resilicone around bath and sink and change old radiator to a modern ladder towel rail. On the day a text was sent giving me a time. Broderick came and did a totally brilliant job, he was polite and cleaned up after himself. He discussed with me how he was going to the job so i could confirm i was happy. Next day i got a call from the office checking if ok."
