First things first, I would highly recommend Your Space Improvement to anyone looking to get building work done in London. Over the past 6 months we've gone back to Andris time and again for various projects on our ground floor flat; from soundproofing the bedroom and sitting room (building a suspended ceiling with acoustic, noise reducing materials), to re-flooring the flat, re-painting, putting in new lights, re-plastering, exposing the brick wall around the fire place, installing a new shower, plumbing in a washing machine... etc. The list goes on. Not wanting to state the obvious, but the reason we've gone back to Andris for all of this work is because we're happy customers: he always gets the job done on time, the quality is excellent and he's consistently cheaper than anyone else we get quotes from. Also very good at communicating options, choices etc. and takes the time to listen to you properly to make sure he understands exactly what it is you need done. So look no further!
