Jake was very informative when it came to the roofing side. Told me what was wrong, how it could’ve happened and the solutions. Since he done work on all my ridges the leaking has stopped and my family and I can live in peace knowing there’s no leaks and we can call upon Jake when needed. Highly recommend

I've had two roof inspections from Jake. I'm a council tenant and needed an independent inspection. Jake turned up on time, was professional and courteous. Both reports were thorough and honest with photographic evidence. The reports were done quickly and given the amount of detail, they were favourably priced. I would highly recommend your space innovations, you get total honesty with no exaggerating a problem. He tells you exactly what needs doing and you can feel confident that he knows his stuff.

We contacted Jake for a roof inspection report on the 9th February, he completed the visit on the 10th and had the report with us promptly. The images are just a few of the pictures that he took that were included in the report. The report was comprehensive and included the fees for repairs and why the works needed to be carried out. After I received the report I spoke to Jake on the phone for 25 mins were he answered all my questions in a polite and professional manner. I would definitely recommend him for any job that you have.

Jake, Dab and Kyle repaired and cleaned our roof and gutters - and did an excellent job. Jake initially completed a very thorough assessment of the roof and clearly highlighted the problems that needed fixing - this was well worth the call out fee. He then provided a very reasonable quote and completed the job in one day with great efficiency and skill. Jake, Kyle and Michael were very professional - and even went out of their way to highlight other problems in the loft and clean up after the work was done. I am very impressed and highly recommend them!
