Would not use again. Called 0800HomeFix for a leaking bathroom sink. I was initially charged £120 and understood this to be the fixed price for the work. Once the engineer arrived, the price increased to over £260 for what turned out to be a relatively straightforward bottle trap replacement completed within around an hour. The sink was fixed successfully, so no complaints about the engineer himself, but the pricing and communication left a very poor impression. The replacement part itself is inexpensive and readily available, so the final bill felt massively disproportionate to the work car
