Martin rang and told me when he would arrive. He diagnosed the problem, sourced the replacement part, he then collected the part, fitted it and tested it. I had an appointment on the day I rang. He was very friendly and professional. I would recommend your Company to anyone, you gave an excellent Service.

I was able to get a next day booking which was great, although the first guy couldn't come due to a van breakdown, Oly and Henry were able to fit me in later that afternoon. There were challenges with my job but they overcame those issues (I now know where my stop cock is!), they took the time to go through everything they were doing, were very polite and gave me as much info as they could on the next steps. Defo recommend, cheers lads.

The company was fast to respond and immediately aware that I'm already a customer. They were able to book the annual boiler service for the next day which is rare nowadays. Engineer came from London to Basingstoke which was a long trip (end of Friday). He did the job fast, clean and gave me some advice on Gas safety and boiler usage. I was extremly satisfied with the service and will recommend!

excellent experience . Alfie was great and fixed my toilet valve which was a complicated job as the toilet was a concealed toilet .
