"117 Builders did an excellent job of creating a 14ft x 10ft reinforced concrete base for my new shed. They did it very quickly in two days using four staff that worked very efficiently. I'm pleased they tidied up well on completion of the work, and also I was pleased they were able to commence very soon after I excepted their quote. I am confident I will ask them again for any further work I need, and I recommend them."

Mr Turner came round two days later and pushed the tile back in place. He then said "If the wind turns in the wrong direction you will be flooded and I am not in charge of the weather". Two days later a local roofing company replaced the faulty tile and fixed the problem. They confirmed that no felt had been used. Do not use 117 Builders."
