No more sideways scrolling on phones
Search results and trader profiles no longer scroll sideways on mobile. Pages now fit the screen properly on the two most-visited page types.
Real changes only, in plain language. When someone tells us a page is confusing or a number looks wrong, the fix ends up here — so you can see the product getting more honest and more useful over time.
Search results and trader profiles no longer scroll sideways on mobile. Pages now fit the screen properly on the two most-visited page types.
Our review checks look for suspicious posting patterns. Some review sites simply never publish reviewer names, and that alone used to be able to trigger a caution. It no longer does: a business is not flagged because of how a review site formats its pages.
A few sources score businesses out of 10 or 100. Those ratings are now converted correctly, so a 9.6 out of 10 shows as 4.8 out of 5 instead of looking impossible or inflated.
Profile pages now lead with what you need to decide: who the trader is, the proof behind them, then the detailed evidence. Review sources have their own section, duplicate maps and photos are gone, and long lists collapse until you ask for more.
A small number of businesses showed a perfect star rating with zero reviews behind it. A rating now only appears when real reviews back it up.
Where a trader has a public phone number, their profile now has a tap-to-call button instead of only linking you to another website.
